Delivery information

Shipping within Germany:
For orders within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90. Delivery is free for orders over €25.00.

International shipping:
For deliveries to other countries listed (see table below), shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value (gross goods value).

Packaging licence:
Our packaging is environmentally friendly and fully compliant with the new German Packaging Act.

Delivery times:
Within Germany: Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
International deliveries: Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 days.
Please note that your order will only be processed once it has been confirmed and payment has been received.
Orders received on Sundays and public holidays will not be processed, which may result in longer delivery times.

If your order contains products with different delivery times, the entire order will be shipped together with the product that has the longest delivery time, unless otherwise agreed with you.
