Payment & Shipping

Dilevery
For domestic deliveries within Germany we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order.
From an order value of €25.00 and over, delivery is free.

Deliveries to all other listed countries (see table below):
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the total order value (gross product value)

Packaging Licence
Our packaging is environmentally friendly and in full compliance with the new German Packaging Act.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in a product description, delivery of goods within Germany usually takes between 3 and 5 days, for international deliveries a minimum of 5 to 7 days. Delivery will only begin after order confirmation and payment is recieved.

Please Note: On Sundays and public holidays no orders will be processed, which can lead to longer estimated delivery times.
If you have ordered products with divergent delivery times, your order will be shipped together with the product which has the longer delivery frist, unless we have made alternative arrangements with you.
