The Moby V-Tail 2.0 is the classic NAS (No-Action Shad) in our range and thus forms the counterpart to the Long Shad and the MOBY Shad in your tackle box. Whenever zander, pike and perch are full or are affected by sudden changes in the weather, the V-Tail is a secret weapon! Vertical anglers and dropshot anglers also swear by the V-Tail’s straight yet unpredictable action, which causes it to veer off to the side when retrieved. The results are particularly impressive when targeting very large pike and zander during the summer months – so the V-Tail is an essential part of any basic tackle kit! Thanks to the high buoyancy of our sensational material, all lures are also ideally suited for use with American techniques such as the dropshot or Texas rig!

The V-Tail’s unbeatable durability is a favourite amongst sea anglers, and even the most aggressive pike stand no chance against the exceptionally tough blend of our lures! The latest generation of MOBY soft plastic lures are unique in their combination of swimming action, softness, durability and colouring. Above all, our lures are ‘made in Germany’ and contain none of the notorious, commercially available plasticisers typically used in PVC. Instead, we use a material that is employed in baby care and medicine!

We recommend using our lead-free jig head with MUSTAD hooks with these lures! For the Moby V-Tail 2.0 in hook sizes 3/0, 4/0, 5/0, 6/0, 8/0, weighing 7, 10, 14, 17, 21, 24, 28 … up to 75 grams, depending on the current and water depth.
