Shipping costs:
The shipping costs include statutory VAT.
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order.
For orders over €25.00, shipping is free of charge.
International deliveries:
For deliveries to all countries listed below, we charge a flat shipping fee of €13.00. For orders over €50.00, shipping is free of charge.
Packaging License:
Our packaging is environmentally friendly and complies with the new German Packaging Act.
Delivery times:
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery time within Germany is usually between 3 and 5 days; for international deliveries, it is at least 5 to 7 days. Delivery takes place only after order confirmation and receipt of payment.
Please note: No orders are processed on Sundays and public holidays, which may result in longer delivery times.
If you have ordered products with different delivery times, your order will be shipped together with the product that has the longer delivery time, unless we have made a different agreement with you.
